Typically at Edinburgh Street Food, guests order for themselves individually and pay as they go, but you might prefer to have your whole meal paid for by the organiser in advance. Let us sort that for you!
How this works:
- You tell us the desired date and time of your booking.
- An overall budget for the group is agreed (we recommend £30-60 per person).
- We invoice this amount in advance and once paid we provide your group with one master code.
- On the day of your group booking each guest uses that master code in the promo code box at checkout on our QR ordering system.
- Each individual order placed from your group is deducted from the overall kitty until the full balance is used up.
- The next business day we’ll send you a breakdown of your group’s orders.
For pre-invoiced group bookings we don’t hold the booking with your card details. If less guests turn up on the day, it just means there’s more budget to go around for the guests that are there! 😃
